2.Washington, the city of form and rules,turned chaotic by a blast of real winter and a single slapof metal on metal : Washington，华盛顿哥伦比亚特区，位于美国的东北部，靠近弗吉尼亚州和马里兰州，是美国的首都。The city of form and rules这句话的意思是“这是一座秩序秩序井然的城市”。a blast of winter表示“一阵寒风暴雪”，例如: We were left at peace on our beds aslong as the summer moon shone， but the moment a blast of winter returns， you must run forshelter.夏天月亮照着的时候，你还让我们安安稳稳地睡觉，可是冬天的大风一刮回来，你就非要找安身的地方不可了。
